F12-21M is a 12mm thrust bearing with grooved raceway. It is a separable bearing consisting of a housing washer, a shaft washer and a cage with steel balls assembly. The 2 washers are made of 52100 chrome steel, and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel.
The inner bore diameter of shaft washer is 12 mm, and the outer diameter of housing washer is 21 mm, the height is 5 mm. The shaft washer is ID piloted, and its bore diameter is a little larger than that of the housing washer. And the housing washer is OD piloted, its outer diameter is a little larger than that of the shaft washer. The bearing net weight is 8 grams approximately.
F12-21M can endure a dynamic thrust load of 2,100 N, and a static thrust load of 2,600 N. With light oil lubricating, it can reach a max speed of 1,800 rpm. Its operating temperature range is -30℃ to 110℃.
