F4-10 is a small thrust bearing with flat raceway. It is a separable bearing consisting of 3 parts, they are housing washer, shaft washer and cage with steel balls. The housing washer is used to fix the part outside of shaft, and shaft washer is used to align the bearing to the shaft.
The 2 washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel. There are 6 pieces of steel balls in the cage, and the ball size is 1.588 mm. F4-10 bearing has a dimension of 4x10x4 mm. The tolerance rate is -0.008 to 0 mm for inner bore and outer diameter, and -0.12 to 0 mm for bearing height.
F4-10 thrust bearing can endure a max dynamic thrust load of 658 N, and a max static thrust load of 580 N. The max working speed is 6,000 rpm with oil lubricating. And the working temperature range is -30℃ to 110℃.
