F5-11 is a 5mm ball thrust bearing with flat raceway. It is a separable bearing with 3 parts, they are housing washer, shaft washer and cage with steel balls. The washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel. There are 7 pieces of steel balls in the cage, and the ball size is 1.588 mm.
The bore diameter of F5-11 bearing is 5 mm. The outer diameter of housing washer is 11 mm, and it is 10.8 mm for shaft washer. The tolerance rate for bore and washers is -0.008 to 0 mm. The height of the bearing is 4.5 mm, with a tolerance rate of -0.12 to 0 mm.
F5-11 can endure a max dynamic thrust load of 988 N, and a max static thrust load of 880 N. The max working speed can reach up to 5,000 rpm with oil lubricating. It is suitable to work in a temperature condition of -30℃ to 110℃. It is design to bear thrust loads while operating at high speed.
