F6-14M is a 6mm thrust bearing with grooved raceway in open type. It is separable in 3 parts: housing washer, shaft washer and cage with steel balls. The washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or 304 stainless steel. There are 8 pieces of steel balls used on the bearing, and the ball size is 2.381 mm.
The bore and outer diameter of housing washer is 6.25 mm and 14 mm respectively, and the bore and outer diameter of shaft washer is 6 mm and 13.8 mm respectively. The thickness / height is 5 mm with a tolerance rate of -0.12 to 0 mm.
F6-14M thrust ball bearing can endure a dynamic thrust load of 1800 Newton, and a static thrust load of 1588 Newton. Lubrication is required for long time use, and the lubricant is light oil in most cases, the max speed is up to 4,000 rpm. It can work in a temperature range of -30° to 110 °C. It is suitable for installations with limited space and on thin shafts.
