F8-19M is a grooved raceway thrust bearing with 8mm ID. This bearing consists of 3 separable parts, they are a housing washer, a shaft washer and a cage with steel balls assembly. The washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel. We also manufacture this bearing in stainless steel, which is SF8-19M stainless steel thrust ball bearing.
There are 8 pieces of steel balls contained in the cage, and the ball size is 3.175 mm. The inner bore diameter of this bearing is 8 mm, and the (housing washer) outer diameter is 19 mm, the height is 7 mm. The outer diameter of shaft washer is 0.2 mm smaller than that of the housing washer, which is 18.8 mm.
Thrust ball bearing is designed to handle higher rotational speeds, but they can not handle high axial loads. F8-19M can handle a max dynamic thrust load of 3452 N, and a max static thrust load of 3,000 N. With light oil lubricating, the max rotating speed can reach up to 3,000 rpm.
