F9-20M is a single direction thrust ball bearing with grooved raceway. It is a separable bearing consisting of 3 parts, they are a housing washer, a shaft washer and a cage with steel balls assembly. Shaft washer is ID piloted and the housing washer is OD piloted. Both washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel.
There are 8 pieces of steel balls contained in the cage, the ball size is 3.175 mm. The inner bore diameter of shaft washer is 9 mm, and it is 8.8 mm for that of housing washer. The outer diameter of housing washer is 20 mm, and it is 19.8 mm for that of shaft washer. The net weight of this bearing is 9.9 grams.
F9-20M can endure a dynamic thrust load of 3,355 N, and a static thrust load of 2,999 N. Lubrication is required for better operating and maintenance. With light oil lubricating, this bearing can reach up to a max speed of 2,500 rpm. It is suitable to working in a temperature range of -30℃ to 110℃.
