F10-18 is a 10mm ID thrust bearing with flat raceway. The bearing consists of 3 parts: a housing washer, a shaft washer and a cage with steel balls assembly. Shaft washer is ID piloted, and its inner diameter (10 mm) is 0.2 mm larger than that of the housing washer. Housing washer is OD piloted, and its outer diameter (18 mm) is 0.2 mm larger than that of the shaft washer. The thickness of F10-18 thrust bearing is 5.5 mm.
Both of the washers are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel. There are 10 pieces of steel balls contained in the cage, and the ball size if 2.381 mm. This bearing weighs 6 grams approximately.
F10-18 can endure a dynamic thrust load of 2,230 N, and a static thrust load of 2,721 N. Lubrication is required, with light oil lubricating, this bearing can reach up to a max speed of 2,500 rpm. It is suitable to working in a temperature range of -30℃ to 110℃.
