F4-9 is a 4mm ID thrust bearing with flat raceway. It has an inner bore diameter (ID) of 4 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. Its shaft washer is a little smaller than housing washer, the diameter of shaft washer is 8.8mm, while the diameter of housing washer is 9mm. It is an ABEC-1 grade thrust ball bearing, and the tolerance class is in compliance with ABEC-1 standard.
F4-9 thrust bearing consists of 3 separable parts, they are housing washer, shaft washer and retainer / cage. Both the housing washer and shaft washer are made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and the retainer / cage is made of brass or stainless steel. There are 6 pieces of steel balls in the cage, and the steel ball size is 1.588 mm. The net weight of F4-9 bearing is 1.5 gram approximately.
This thrust bearing can endure a max dynamic thrust load of 800 N, and a max static thrust load of 520 N. The bearing can reach up to a max speed of 8,000 rpm with oil lubricating. Its working temperature range is -30℃ to 110℃.
