F6-12 is a mini thrust bearing with flat raceway. It consists of 3 separable parts, they are housing washer, shaft washer and cage with steel balls. The washers are made of 52100 chrome steel, and the cage is made of brass or stainless steel. There are 8 pieces of steel balls in the cage, and the ball size is 2 mm.
F6-12 is a 6x12x4.5 mm mini thrust bearing. Its inner bore diameter is 6 mm, outer diameter is 12 mm, and its height is 4.5 mm. The bore diameter and outer diameter of housing washer are both 0.2 mm larger than the ones of shaft washer. The bearing weight of F6-12 is 2.5 grams approximately.
F6-12 bearing can endure a dynamic thrust load of 1600 N, and a static thrust load of 1255 N. With oil lubricating, the max rotating speed is up to 5000 rpm. The working temperature range is -30℃ to 110℃.
