MR106 is an open type miniature deep groove ball bearing. Its bearing ring is made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and bearing cage is made of stainless steel. Its stainless steel version is SMR106, which the ring material is made of 440C stainless steel (316L and 304 stainless steel version are also available upon request). MR106 is a single row construction micro deep groove ball bearing with 10 pieces of steel balls assembled with the cage. The ball size is 1.2 mm in diameter. The bearing net weight is 0.55 gram.
MR106 is a metric size miniature deep groove ball bearing with a dimension of 6x10x2.5 mm. Its bore diameter is 6 mm, outer diameter is 10 mm, and thickness is 2.5 mm. It is an ABEC-1 grade ball bearing, the tolerance of bore and outer diameter is -0.008 to 0 mm, and the tolerance of width is -0.12 to 0 mm. Its radial clearance is 0.002 to 0.013 mm, which it is MC3 grade. If you want double shielded miniature ball bearing the same sizes bore and outer diameter as MR106, you can check MR106ZZ bearing. However, the width of MR106ZZ is 3 mm not 2.5 mm as MR106.
MR106 bearing can bear a dynamic radial load of 422 Newton, and a static radial load of 174 Newton. Lubrication is required, and with the oil lubricating its rotating max speed can reach up to 45,000 rpm. It is suitable to work in a temperature condition between -30℃ to 110℃.
