MR106ZZ is a miniature deep groove ball bearing with metal double shielded. Its bearing ring is made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and bearing cage is made of stainless steel. Its stainless steel version is SMR106ZZ, which the ring material is made of 440C stainless steel (316L and 304 stainless steel version are also available upon request). MR106ZZ is a single row construction micro deep groove ball bearing with 10 pieces of steel balls assembled with the cage. The ball size is 1.2 mm in diameter. The bearing net weight is 0.7 gram.
MR106ZZ is a metric size miniature deep groove ball bearing with a dimension of 6x10x3 mm. Its bore diameter is 6 mm, outer diameter is 10 mm, and thickness is 3 mm. It is an ABEC-1 grade ball bearing, the tolerance of bore and outer diameter is -0.008 to 0 mm, and the tolerance of width is -0.12 to 0 mm. Its radial clearance is 0.002 to 0.013 mm, which it is MC3 grade. If you want open type miniature ball bearing the same sizes of bore and outer diameter as MR106ZZ, you can check MR106 bearing. However, the width of MR106 is 2.5 mm not 3 mm as MR106ZZ.
MR106ZZ bearing can bear a dynamic radial load of 422 Newton, and a static radial load of 174 Newton. Lubrication is required, and with the oil lubricating its rotating max speed can reach up to 45,000 rpm. It is suitable to work in a temperature condition between -30℃ to 110℃.
