MR85ZZ is a miniature double shielded ball bearing. Its bearing ring is made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15), and bearing cage is made of stainless steel. Its stainless steel version is SMR85ZZ, which the ring material is made of 440C stainless steel (316L and 304 stainless steel version are also available upon request). MR85ZZ is a single row construction deep groove ball bearing with 8 pieces of steel balls assembled with the cage. The ball size is 1.0 mm in diameter. The bearing net weight is 0.34 gram.
MR85ZZ is a metric size miniature deep groove ball bearing with a dimension of 5x8x2.5 mm. Its bore diameter is 5 mm, outer diameter is 8 mm, and thickness is 2.5 mm. It is an ABEC-1 grade ball bearing, the tolerance of bore and outer diameter is -0.008 to 0 mm, and the tolerance of width is -0.12 to 0 mm. Its radial clearance is 0.002 to 0.013 mm, which it is MC3 grade.
It can bear a dynamic radial load of 262 Newton, and a static radial load of 96 Newton. Lubrication is required, and with the oil lubricating its rotating max speed can reach up to 53,000 rpm. It is suitable to work in a temperature condition between -30℃ to 110℃.
