MR128ZZ is a chrome steel ball bearing with metal double shielded. Its bearing ring is made of 52100 chrome steel (Gcr15). Its stainless steel (AISI 316L or AISI 304) version is SMR128ZZ which is used for corrosion resistant applications like micro electric motor bearings, fishing reel bearings, food and beverage industry, etc.
The dimension of MR128ZZ bearing is 8x12x3.5 mm. Its inner bore diameter is 8mm, outer diameter is 12mm, bearing thickness is 3.5mm. The tolerance of bore and outer diameter is -0.008 to 0 mm, and the tolerance of width is -0.12 to 0 mm. MR128ZZ is an MC3 grade miniature ball bearing, its radial clearance is 0.002 to 0.013 mm. MR128ZZ is a radial load miniature deep grooved ball bearing, with a Cr (Continuous Rating) dynamic load of 462 N and a Cr static load of 219 N. Lubrication is required for smoother operation, with light oil lubricating its rotating max speed can reach up to 43,000 rpm. It is suitable to work in a temperature condition between -30℃ to 110℃.
